Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with gabled ends with ornate barge boards. Two storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Modern glazed door to left. Central brick chimney stack. Single storey wing on left (south)."
