Listing Description Excerpt:
"Circa 1840, three-storey, two windows, brick, painted. Stuccoed lintels as flat arches, with vermiculate keys, to sash windows with centre glazing bars only. Pantiles, eaves soffit. Wood shop front with moulded entablature."
