Summary

The farmhouse here was originally a pair of two storey estate cottages dating to about 1840, of red brick with slate roofs. It is U-shaped in plan and has a central low extension to the rear. The windows have cast iron frames with diamond-shaped panes.

Originally a pair of estate cottages of about 1840. Red brick with slate roofs. U-plan with gabled wings and central low extension to rear. Two storeys and four bays. Windows with chamfered reveals and cast iron casement windows with elongated diamond panes. Diagonally set chimneys and decorative barge boards.
