Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 17th century. Plastered timber-frame. Later low pitched roof with gable ends and modern interlocking tiles. Gabled cross wing on west end. Two storeys. Four widely spaced windows. 19th-century five-light casements. Doorway off centre in front of chimney stack. Interior exposed timber-framing and chamfered beams."

The record for Poplar Tree Farmhouse, Stone Lane, Bressingham (NHER 48338) was previously erroneously mapped at this location - a result of confusion arising from both Grade II listed buildings being called 'Poplar Farmhouse' by (S1). It has now been moved to its correct location at TM 07959 83965.
