Summary

Lodge Farm, formerly The Lodge, is a 17th to 18th century brick and rendered house with a steeply pitched black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. The building has two storeys and early 19th century gothic windows with four-centred heads and intersecting glazing bars, some with leaded panes. Right of centre there is a two storeyed porch with splayed corners and a glazed door with a gothic window above. There are brick chimney stacks and a central moulded doorcase with a pediment, and this site includes a wing on the south end at right angles with a pantile gable-ended steep roof, which is contemporary.
