Summary

Brook Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier cottage with many later alterations, constructed of plastered timber-frame with a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building has two storeys, with a central modern timber-frame canted bay. There is also a later or modern tile roofed addition on the right hand end with a gabled porch, and a glazed conservatory on the left hand end.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century or earlier, cottage, with many later alterations. Plastered timber-frame. Thatched roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Central modern timber-frame canted bay on two storeys with gable over with overhanging eaves. Casements with leaded panes. Later or modern tile roofed addition on right hand (north) end with gabled porch."
