Summary

Cavick House Farmhouse is an early 18th-century brick building with a roof of black glazed pantiles at the front, and pantiles at the rear. This two-storey building has four bays and a hipped roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Early 18th century. Brick. Roof of black glazed pantiles to front, pantiles to rear. Two storeys in four bays. Rusticated quoins. Panelled door in second bay (from left) under four-light overlight. Scrolled console brackets support flat hood. Platband at first floor...Hipped roof. Two-storey addition to rear under double hipped roof."
