Summary

Hanlith House and Woodrow House form a single two-storey building with an 18th-century red brick front with a low parapet, although there may be materials of an earlier origin behind. The building has a steeply pitched black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. There is a central round-headed doorway to Hanlith House, with a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars and a glazed and panelled door. The entrance to Woodrow House is at the side and has a moulded shouldered architrave.

"18th century red brick front with low parapet, possibly earlier origin behind. Steeply pitched black glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Two flat-headed dormers with sashes with glazing bars. Two storeys and attic. Five windows. Sashes with glazing bars in exposed casing."
