Listing Description excerpt:
"House. 1825. Red brick with a brown brick façade. Slate roof. Three storeys and basement in three bays. The basement has two late 19th century sashes with glazing bars. Area steps rise to doorway to left of elevation: panelled door in round-arched case, fanlight without glazing bars. Cast-iron verandah rises from basement on timber posts. Pierced corner brackets and interlace rails. Two French doors open onto the verandah...Parapet conceals hipped roof. Railings remain to area steps: cast-iron circular section styles terminating in tulip finials."
