Map

September 2006. Norfolk NMP
Earthworks of a rectilinear enclosure and pond of probable medieval to post medieval date are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). These earthworks are centred on TM 4040 9366. An enclosure with a stepped rectilinear plan is defined by a narrow earthwork ditch. Externally the enclosure measures up to 35m wide and between 23m and 34m long. A sub-circular pond is present on the line of the ditch on the eastern side of the enclosure. It is likely that this enclosure is of medieval to post medieval date.
