Map

October 2006. Norfolk NMP
A cropmark of an incomplete curvilinear enclosure of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs (S1-S2). This cropmark is centred on TG 3029 1130. Three sides of an incomplete enclosure cropmark are present. It has a regular curvilinear plan with rounded corners and lies on a northwest to southeast axis. It is defined by a 2.5m wide ditch and measures 72m by at least 20m externally. The southwestern part of the enclosure is obscured by an area of different soil type and is not visible as a cropmark. This enclosure is cut by field boundaries of probable medieval to early post medieval date (NHER 45123). It could be related to a possible Iron Age to early Roman D-shaped enclosure cropmark located 120m to its southwest (NHER 45122) and could be of a similar date.
