Summer 2003. Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project. Building Survey.
Two storey Georgain house adjoinging a further house. The front is brick faced and the windows are lined with brick decoration. The original build is of neatly laid carstone. Then an extension was added to the north with mixed rubble fill of brick, flint and carstone. Original build refaced to front with brick. Rear extension and heightening using rubble fill, carstone and flint. Modern double glazed plastic windows added recently. Original chimney moved wjhen roof heightened.
