Summer 2003. Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project. Village Survey. Building survey.
Two storey house constructed of a reused rubble fill in various levels with adjoining houses on either side. The upper layer consists of chalk, whilst the lower level is mainly carstone with brick decoration. A kitchen extension was added to the rear around 1900 and a bathroom extension in the 1950s. The core of the house dates to the 18th century but possibly reusing 17th century bricks.
