July 2004. Sedgeford Historical and Archaeological Research Project. Village Survey. Building survey.
A 17th century dwelling house which has been lengthened and widened in subsequent centuries. May have originally been one or several houses, but now is a single house. Mainly built of local materials - carstone, flint and brick.
