Summary

A post medieval pit and a large shallow depression were discovered during excavation in 2006. The latter was a probable natural hollow filled with medieval material, probably derived from manuring of the land.

Excavation in advance of the creation of a new compound for work on Puny Drain Diversion Project (NHER 45464). Contexts 1-10.
A post-medieval pit and a large shallow depression were found. The latter was a probable natural hollow filled with medieval material, probably derived from the manuring of the land.
