Map

October 2006. Norfolk NMP.
A small group of double ditched boundaries or trackways of unknown date are visible on aerial photographs to the northeast of Bunkers Hill (S1-S2). The site is centred on TG 5059 0071, although this point does not correspond to an archaeological feature on the ground. These features are located within an extremely complex area of cropmarks dating from the late prehistoric onwards.

The site consists of two double ditched boundaries or trackways running roughly NW-SE. These ditches are aligned obliquely to the surrounding rectilinear enclosures and fields (NHER 45174 and 45155), which are thought to date to the Roman to post medieval periods. It is possible that these trackways pre-date this phase of these enclosures, although this is not certain.
