Map

November 2006. Norfolk NMP.
Linear and curvilinear ditches of unknown date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (S1)-(S2), centred at TG 3095 2721. Their archaeological origin is uncertain; they could instead reflect the underlying geology at the site or recent agricultural activity. Conversely, some of the unmapped cropmarks could represent archaeological features. Several post medieval field boundaries depicted on historic Ordnance Survey maps, e.g. (S3), are also visible, but have not been mapped by the NMP.
S. Tremlett (NMP), 29 November 2006.
