No archaeologically significant features recorded. A small quantity of post-medieval tile and clay pipe fragments were recovered from spoil.

Monitoring of topsoil stripping in two small areas adjacent to the block examined in 2006.
No archaeologically-significant features or deposits were observed.
Metal-detecting recovered only finds of post-medieval or modern date, such as nails and broken horseshoes. None were retained.
