Full Description
November 2006. Norfolk NMP
A curvilinear ditch cropmark, possibly part of a ring ditch or enclosure is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark is located at TG 3175 1839. The narrow ditch cropmark has a C-shaped plan and forms approximately two thirds of a complete circuit. If complete it would have a sub-oval plan. It is possible that this cropmark is part of a Bronze Age ring ditch, although its shape makes this less likely. Alternatively it could be part of a curvilinear enclosure of unknown date and function.
J. Albone (NMP), 28 November 2006
