Summary

A systematic fieldwalking and metal-detecting survey of part of this field in December 2006 recovered prehistoric worked flints and several post-medieval metal objects.

Field survey on proposed line of Norwich Northern Distributor Road (Field 24).
Finds recovered included:
27 prehistoric worked flints.
6 ?prehistoric burnt flints.
2 post-medieval ceramic building material fragments, 1 buckle, 1 decorative mount and 1 lead ?token/weight.
