Full Description
May 2008. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of a group of undated and fragmentary field boundaries are visible on aerial photographs to the east of Belton Fen in Belton with Browston (S1-S3). It is possible that these cropmarks form part of a wider area of field boundaries and enclosures recorded to the east (NHER 45215), which are thought to be Iron Age to Roman in date.
A number of these linear cropmarks appear to represent double ditched arrangements, such as TG 5022 0332, and are therefore likely to represent sections of trackways
