Summary

In 2006 an Early Neolithic flint arrowhead was discovered at this location by chance. Systematic fieldwalking in 2008 recovered Neolithic and prehistoric worked flints, Romano-British tiles and tesserae, Iron Age, Romano-British, Early Saxon, Late Saxon, medieval and post medieval sherds.
