Summary

Pieces of bone, shell, charcoal, and tobacco pipe were found in a test pit dug by SHARP in 2004 as part of the Village Survey.

Produced a small amount of Grimston pottery and seashell from the topsoil context which hits chalk at a comparitively shallow level of 46 cm. Looks as if it may have been stripped back at some point.
