Summary

Pieces of ceramic building material, medieval pot, clay tobacco pipes and modern metal were found in a test pit excavated by SHARP in 2002 as part of the Village Survey. Pieces of Saxon pot, a decorated copper alloy hinge and some 'cobbles' were also found in the garden.
