Summary

Carrow Hill Hostel is a mid to late 19th century rendered house with a hipped slate roof. This two storey house has one yellow brick chimney. There is later 19th century single-storey extension to the left with a balustrade.

Formerly listed as 'The Wilderness'
"House. Mid/Late 19th century. Rendered, hipped slate roof; one yellow brick chimney. Two storeys and attic; five first-floor windows. Panelled (double- leaf style) door to right of centre, has two side lights flanked by scrolled pilasters supporting a small hood. One canted ground-floor bay window."
