Map

June 2007. Norfolk NMP
Cropmarks of two ring ditches of probable Bronze Age date are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S5). These cropmarks are centred on TG 3018 0307 and were previously recorded as part of NHER 17367. A complete double ring ditch is present. Both the inner and outer ditches are narrow with circular plans and external diameters of 21m and 15m respectively. The second ring ditch is incomplete. It appears to have a sub-circular plan with a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 22m. It is likely that both ring ditches are of Bronze Age date and that they relate to round barrows.
J. Albone (NMP), 15 June 2007.
