Map

May 2007. Norfolk NMP.
The possible cropmarks of a series of undated linear features are visible on aerial photographs to the east of Upton Norton Broiler Farm, Upton (S1). The site is centred on TG 3900 1267. These cropmarks are of uncertain archaeological origin. The features are visible within the far ground of an extremely oblique aerial photograph and therefore cannot be identified as archaeological features with any certainty. It is possible that these marks are agricultural in origin, however they have been included in the mapping as they follow similar alignments to other more convincing archaeological cropmark sites in the area, such as NHER 49469 and 49474.
S. Massey (NMP), 30 May 2007.
