A very degraded drainage ditch was recorded during the Barton Leys Fincham Estate Woodland Archaeological Earthwork Rapid Identification Survey in 2006. It is probably of modern date.

Woodland Archaeological Earthwork Rapid Identification Survey. Barton Leys, Site 5:
A very degraded drainage ditch with an acute bend, the southern arm linked by very slight evidence to the wood boundary to the south. Probably modern.
