Summary

A scatter of burnt flints was found during field reconnaisssance survey on the route of a gas pipeline in 2002. It loosely corresponded to an area of organic dark soil and is likely the remains of a burnt flint mound.

November 2002 - January 2003. Geophysical, metal detecting and fieldwalking survey. Bacton to King's Lynn Transco pipeline. Plot number 50.
A scatter of burnt flints were found while fieldwalking which loosely corresponded to an area of organic dark soil. It is likely the remains of a burnt flint mound.
A fragment of post medieval brick was also found.
