Full Description
November 2002 - January 2003. Fieldwalking and geophysical survey. Bacton to King's Lynn Transco pipeline. Plot number 40.
A scatter of burnt flints was found during fieldwalking, which could be the remains of a burnt mound. A worked flint flake was also retrieved. A fragment of possible Roman building material; post-medieval pot and building material, and an undated lead weight were also found. A linear anomaly interpreted as a former field boundary was recorded by the geophysical survey.
