These cropmarks were excavated in 2003. The results of this excavation are recorded as NHER 39457.
M. Dennis (NLA), 19 September 2007.
March 2008. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks relating to several phases of archaeological features have been recorded separately. Cropmarks seemingly relating to the Roman settlement and fields have been recorded under 50945-7. NHER 50948-9 include possible cropmarks of non-Roman date, with NHER 50949 possible representing pre-Roman date activity, although this is not certain. The archaeological origin of NHER 50948 is also uncertain.
S. Massey (NMP), 05 March 2008.
