Summary

December 2007. Trial Trench.
A trial trench excavated in the area of a proposed new dwelling revealed two naturally formed linear features, likely created by glacial activity, and a layer of brick and flint rubble. The rubble, located at the southeast end of the trench, likely represents the remains of cottages which once stood in the area.
