Map

December 2007.
The site of a possible post medieval duck decoy pond is suggested by the woodland name ‘Old Decoy Plantation’ on historic maps. The woodland is labelled as such on the first edition 6 inch to the mile Ordnance Survey map (S1). Cropmarks of unusual penannular enclosures or ponds in the adjacent field (NHER 19181) could be related to the decoy.
