Map

December 2007. Norfolk NMP.
The cropmarks of a series of fragmentary field boundaries of unknown, but possibly Roman date, are visible on aerial photographs to the south of Hase’s Lane, Lyng (S1-S3). The site is centred on TG 0917 1704. A number of Roman date finds have been found in this general area (NHER 3046, 35291 and 43112). These fragmentary field boundaries are located next to a ring ditch, probably representing the remains of a Bronze Age round barrow (NHER 50638).
