Metal-detecting between 2007 and 2008 recovered a flint leaf point of possible Early Upper Palaeolithic date; an Early Neolithic flint core; other, undatable prehistoric worked flints; Romano-British, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds and medieval to post-medieval metal objects.

1 ?Early Upper Paleolithic flint leaf point. See sketch (S1) and drawing (S2). Donated to Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2008.158). This object has subsequently seen by R. Jacobi (BM), who considered that its breath relative to its length and its surface condition as both incompatible with an Early Upper Palaeolithic date.
1 Early Neolithic flint two-platform flake core.
2 undatable Late Prehistoric flint flakes.
3 Roman pottery sherds (greyware).
4 medieval pottery sherds (unglazed).
1 medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel leg.
6 post-medieval pottery sherds (Raeren/Aachen stoneware and Glazed Red Earthenware), 1 buckle and 1 thimble.
