Map

January 2008. Norfolk NMP
A cropmark of a possible ring ditch is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The possible ring ditch has a slightly sub-circular plan with a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 34m. A 12m wide gap is present in the southeast side of the ring ditch cropmark. This is likely to be a result of the ditch not being visible as a cropmark rather than a real gap or entrance in the ring ditch. If this ring ditch corresponds to an archaeological feature it is most likely that it is of Bronze Age date and that it relates to a round barrow.
