Map

February 2008. Norfolk NMP
Cropmarks of an undated or late prehistoric enclosure and linear ditch are visible on aerial photographs (S1). A small D-shaped enclosure is present with its long side formed by a linear ditch on a southwest to northeast axis. The enclosure has internal dimensions of 23m by 11m. The alignment of the enclosure does not correspond to that of the modern field boundaries or another cropmark enclosure located 150m to its east (NHER 27991). The D-shaped form of this enclosure means that it could be of late prehistoric date, but its function is uncertain.
