Summary

A group of World War Two military camps, associated with Swanton Morley airfield (NHER 2830), are visible on aerial photographs to the southwest of the airfield. Three out of the four areas of military huts and buildings have been completed destroyed and are now covered by post-war housing. The site of the fourth camp, located to the north of the site, remains on the ground. Although very little of the original structures remain. A ground inspection would be needed to assess the level of survival and importance of the remains.
