Summary

A single post medieval glazed pot sherd and occasional fragments of clay pipe stems were recovered during monitoring of groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling in 2007.

No archaeological features or deposits were encountered during monitoring of groundworks for the construction of a new dwelling. However, a single post-medieval glazed pot sherd was recovered from a test pit and occasional fragments of clay pipe stems were encountered along with modern brick rubble during levelling of the site.
