Full Description
January 2008. Earthwork Rapid Identification Survey.
Sheringham Wood Site 17:
A flint mound measuring approximately 3m by 1m and up to 0.6m high and a slight depression to the norwest of the mound was identified during a rapid earthwork survey of Sheringham Wood. This feature has been interpreted as an undeveloped extraction pit.
