Roman pottery sherds and a prehistoric flint flake were found in this location before 2007 and metal detecting between 2004 and 2010 recovered Iron Age, Romano-British, Middle Saxon, Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; 10 Roman coins; Romano-British, medieval and post-med metal objects.
