Summary

A two-storey house which forms the end of a run of red brick terrace houses constructed around 1880. Currently occupied by a sign-making company, it appears to have been converted from two terraced houses and extended at the rear at an unknown date. Plans are in place in 2008 to convert the building into four residential units.

A two-storey house which forms the end of a run of red brick terrace houses constructed around 1880. Currently occupied by a sign-making company, it appears to have been converted from two terraced houses and extended at the rear at an unknown date. The original sash windows have been replaced, and the ground floor now features a modern shopfront. Plans are in place in 2008 to convert the building into four residential units. This house is included in the Norwich City Council Local List of historic buildings.
