Full Description
Icehouse shown on (S1) in interesting complex of canals and ponds apparently associated with Woodrising Hall. Ponds still extant but no details of icehouse now known. It is remarkable that this site was not recorded by the National Icehouse Survey or any similar record.
E. Rose (NLA), 22 November 2006.
The 'canals and ponds' mentioned above comprise a complex of fishponds and are recorded as NHER 49136.
D. Robertson (NLA), 13 November 2008.
