Full Description
March-April 2008. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey on proposed route of Sheringham Shoals Offshore Windfarm Grid Connection (Field 27).
Finds recovered included:
1 prehistoric flint flake.
1 Late Saxon pottery sherd.
3 medieval pottery sherds.
2 post-medieval pottery sherds, 1 shoe buckle 1 cast copper alloy ?vessel foot, 1 copper alloy stud, 1 copper alloy folded strip and 1 lead musket ball.
3 undatable lead waste fragments and 1 lead folded sheet.
