Summary

A fieldwalking and metal-detecting survey of part of this field in 2008 recovered prehistoric worked flints; a medieval pottery sherd and fragments of medieval to post-medieval ceramic building material.

Field survey on proposed route of Sheringham Shoals Offshore Windfarm Grid Connection (Field 48).
Finds recovered included:
1 prehistoric flint scraper and 1 retouched flake.
1 medieval pottery sherd.
2 medieval/post-medieval ceramic building material fragments.
3 post-medieval ?pantile fragments.
1 undatable copper alloy ?vessel fragment.
