Summary

Arts and Crafts style building of 1913, designed by Henry Sidebotham, late surveyor to Diocese of Winchester and noted for his vicarages in that diocese; this is believed to be his only Norfolk work. A quite remarkable building of one story plus double attic. Brick, tile hung upper floor, wooden-cross windows. Garden front with central giant façade gable containing windows to both attics, gable recessed into roof slope and flanked by hipped dormers to lower attic. Cross-stacks flank the projection. End gable shave window to upper attic alone.
