Summary

Chapel erected on open land in 1909. Inscription on façade PRIMITIVE METHODIST CHURCH CENTENARY 1909 and nine foundation stones dated 12 April 1909. Red brick, slate roof. Gabled to road, two arched windows flank lower arched door. Three arched windows of tinted glass between pilasters to each side wall; pentise vestry to rear.

Interior gutted 1977 when stated to have been sold for residential conversion although current 2007 GIS mapping still names as church.
