House, good example of regency style around 1820. Rear servants’ wing. Ceiling beams originally plastered. Exposed before 2000; one may be reused. Stair case from front door to upper floor. In the 1860s the house was owned by a Mr Tennant given in directories as a bricklayer, but the quality of the house suggests he was a brickyard owner.
