Evaluation of proposed development site.
A trench was excavated to the west of the village hall, and two east-west oriented linear featres were revealed in the south end of the trench. A north- south oriented ditch was encountered in the second trench to the south of the hall, and probably represents a field boundary. A further trench was excavated to the north of tha hall, but produced no finds or features.
