1 Lower Palaeolithic point ovate flint handaxe. See drawing (S1). Donated to Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 2008.266).

1 Lower Palaeolithic anomalously-shaped flint handaxe.
Identified by P. Robins (NCM). See description in file.
This anomalously-shaped handaxe is the third to be described from the North Norfolk beaches, and joins those found at Happisburgh 1 by T. Grimmer in 2012 (NHER 35385) and at Happisburgh 2 by Simon Parfitt (NHER 55744), the last two in situ.
